This policy outlines how we collect, use, disclose and protect your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

We may collect the following personal information when you interact with our website or engage our services:

- Website URL and industry details
- Information you provide via our contact form or during a booking
- Technical data such as IP address, browser type, device information and pages visited (see section 2 for how, and section 5 for cookies)
2. How We Collect Information
We collect information directly from you when you message us on WhatsApp, book a call, send us an email or fill out a form on our website. Our hosting provider records anonymous page-view statistics. Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel are not currently running on this site; if we switch them on, a cookie notice will appear first.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your personal information to respond to your enquiries and provide our services, communicate with you about your campaigns, send you performance reports and updates, improve our website and marketing efforts, and comply with legal obligations.
4. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services that may process your data:
- GoHighLevel (CRM and booking system)
- WhatsApp (Meta), when you choose to message us
- Google Analytics, only if we switch it on, after a cookie notice
- Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising platform
- Our hosting and security provider
The booking calendar on our contact page is loaded from GoHighLevel and fetches scripts from Meta and Google when it appears, before you book. Each of these services has its own privacy policy governing how it handles your data. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
5. Cookies
We set no cookies today. Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel are not running on this site. The booking calendar on our contact page is a third-party service and may set its own cookies when it loads. If we switch on Google Analytics or the Meta Pixel, a cookie notice will ask you first and this section will list what they set. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though this may affect the booking calendar.
6. Data Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from misuse, interference, loss, unauthorised access, modification and disclosure. Our website is served over HTTPS with a managed hosting and security provider whose network includes servers outside Australia, and our booking and CRM system stores your details on servers in the United States.
7. Access and Correction
You have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you and to request corrections to any inaccurate information. To make a request, contact us using the details below.
8. Complaints
If you believe we have breached the Australian Privacy Principles, please contact us and we will investigate and respond to your complaint.
